When you submit a question or request a call through the website chat, the information you submit, including any preferred callback day and time, is sent to the DLH chat and inquiry-processing service at leads.mcp-server.biz. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss the work.
Website operation
This website includes a DLH chat widget. The widget uses browser local storage and session storage for visitor and session identifiers and widget state. It sends visit, widget-display, widget-opening and telephone-link-click events to leads.mcp-server.biz, including the destination number when a telephone link is clicked. Events and chat inquiries also include visitor and session identifiers, the page title and URL, referring URL, campaign parameters, device category and browser language. Visit and telephone-click events also include the page path. Some of this information is sent even if you do not submit a chat inquiry. A hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs needed to deliver the website. Any future third-party integrations will be reflected in this policy.
